Filling and surprisingly low in calories for such a large bowl when you make two portions. I eat this at any time of the day and it's delicious with a dash of Toffee sauce. Perfect breakfast food to keep you going.
Absolutely delicious. Satisfying and good for you. Quaker Oats is a staple of my diet along with baked beans and provides a good amount of energy to start your day. I prefer these to the "instant" varieties because you can portion your own amount rather than being dictated on how much you should eat. It is also cheaper for the amount of the product you are actually buying. I recommend it with a cup of hot tea and some chocolate milk!
