It does fill in your passwords quite efficiently, as you might expect.
A lot of times the form filling is incomplete.
It doesn't work in Quicken.
I got it with included with Norton System Works. I would not pay $40 as a stand alone piece of software, and if I upgrade Norton System Works I lose password manager. VERY BAD!
As an add on in Norton System Works, Norton Password Manager 2004 is a nice security feature. I would not pay for it as a stand alone product though, as there are too many errors.
