Good Points
Good Sound. Ease of use.

Bad Points
The iPod 40GB is a lemon. I have changed it three times within the year of the warranty. The last time it broke 20 days after the warranty and I was told it could be replaced for 319.00 US dollars... Basically they said you ran out of luck, have a nice day!!!

General Comments
The Apple iPod MP3 player has a horrible warranty standard.

It scratches easily, it keeps breaking down, and there is no support.
