General Comments

So I'm not very experienced with things like curling tongs and call me stupid but I actually expected a manual on how to use the Carmen Girls Angel Curls Ceramic Styler. I have shoulder length quite thick hair and maybe these products aren't meant for my hair type or maybe I was just using it plain wrongly but they did not work at all. It didn't create a curl but a kink about half way down my hair which fell out within a minute or so and the steam released didn't get anywhere near my hair so didn't work at all. With a product involving water and electricity there really should be some instructions on how to use it, I mean I figured it out but it would have been damn useful.

hey, i have those curling tongs and your hair type sounds like mine. This is what i do: I wash my hair the night before i want to use the tongs and then when it is damp i put it into two plaits. sleep overnight with them in and when i wake up they are dry. Then i take out my plaits so my hair is slightly wavy shall i say. Then with the curling tongs i take small sections of my hair id say max of 2cm thick and then curl those sections, and smaller ones. If you do enough sections on the top layers of your hair it will look good as you have the wavyness of when you had the plaits in underneath. I do have to use quite a bit of hairspray though to keep it in place. Trust me it looks fab, i got so many compliments.
