General Comments
Furby was **THE** toy that my 5 year old daughter wanted for Christmas this year. It does some fun things. It sings ONE song. It tells a few knock knock jokes. It eats. It plays Red Light, Green Light.
However, my daughter was bored and frustrated within a half hour of playing with it. The Furby just seems to break into Red Light, Green Light for no apparent reason. There's just so often that my daughter could hear the Furby story or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star before she was looking for it to do something else.
I am assuming that the Furby has some 'tricks' not covered in the instruction manual, but I haven't found anything online yet. It just seems to be an extremely limited toy, with not much in the way of longevity of gameplay.

My Furby, "U-tye" was really sweet to begin with, starting out speaking Furbish, which you can translate with a Furbish-English dictionary. The more you play with Furbies, the more English they learn.
