My shopping experience at Bidz.com was horrible!!!! I have a feedback rating over 300 at eBay, thought I would try bidz. Found something I liked, pearl necklace, described as 14k gold and pearls. Paid $55.00 for it, plus S&H. Arrived, was gold colored string, with 14K clasp! Some pearls were missing. Sent it back, received partial refund, they said there was nothing wrong withg it, and it was described correctly, since there was a 14k clasp on it. Cost me 15% restocking fee, the S&H, to get and send back a worthless piece of junk! They also suspended my bidding priveleges, I guess because I had said something negative about their customer service! The tone of my email to them was very similar to the tone of this review, not nasty, no cussing, just disgusted!!!!!!!
