Cheap Premiums... to start with.

General Comments
I am currently insured with E And L Pet Insurance but I'm trying to find an alternative. The problem started after about 6 months of being insured with them. They sent a later stating that the policy was being upgraded, and that this would cost a few pounds extra a month. At first I thought, okay that's fine, and I agreed to the upgrade. However when I received the same thing the very next month, requesting to increase it by another few pounds, I thought that enough was enough. I cancelled the upgrade, and I'm now actively seeking another more upfront company to insure with.

Exactly the same thing happened to me, I contacted them twice to say I didn't want to upgrade, a couple of months later they took the upgraded amount from my bank - I phoned and complained and had a cheque sent for the difference, almost immediately received a letter saying my premium for next year would be going up to the upgraded amount without the upgrade! Currently looking for another supplier.
