Bad Points

No online facility to check the orders progress.


General Comments

The only down side of the Bensons service was there was no online facility to check the orders progress, you know the kind of thing; (order placed, ready for dispatch from warehouse, dispatched) however I emailed the service department with regards to my order and expected delivery time, and the got back to me within 24 hours and were fantastically helpful.
