Good Points

Price for first 6 months - introductory offer good.
If you need to phone form a land-line it's free.


Bad Points

Miserable sounding advisers who put you on hold for 15 minutes with no explanation.
Don't get back to you about your complaints.
Mess up your payments and cut you off the network for no reason.
If they need to transfer you, they dump you in a call queue and you have to start from scratch.

General Comments

I've been cut off 3 times from BT Mobile (two of these times they couldn't explain the reasons). They said one was because of the direct debit (their error), so I made a payment with my credit card, which took the boy in the billing department 35 minutes??? 20 minutes of that was spent on hold!

After 6 months I downgraded. It seemed OK for 1 month, then I got a bill for £10 over what I agreed, so I phoned the billing department, and again. I am put on hold for 15 minutes with no explanation (even though you'd think the billing department could deal with a billing enquiry).

I logged a complaint about all of the above. Ofcom state that a company MUST contact you within 28 days. **6 months** later I phoned out of curiosity to ask about something, and enquired about the outcome of the complaint. Keeping in mind all the different problems I had, this is what they said... "but it's your fault the direct debit failed!"
