Good Points

Reasonably quiet
Simple to programme and use
The delay timer is also reasonably simple once you get the hang of it

Bad Points

Leaves the paddle in the bread most times (but no major issue to get it out - it doesn't really spoil the loaf)
Makes a rather large, slightly awkward sized loaf, which means that one slice of the bread is rather a lot - I usually cut it in half

General Comments

We bought the Morphy Richards Fastbake bread making machine from Homebase about a year ago for something like £30, which is fantastic value for money. It does loads more than bake a loaf, but that is really all we use it for. My wife got to grips with it very quickly, and after some experimenting with recipes, produced some nice loaves. My mid-70's mother-in-law also got to grips quickly, and also produced some excellent results - so that shows that it is simple to use. For a family who just wants to bake loaves in a simple value for money machine, I would heartily recommend it.
