Cheap flights
Not worth the bother, horrible customer service. Just cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong.
AirTran airline is the most unhelpful, rude, and poorly run airline that I have ever been on. Employees don't know the definition of customer service and don't care. However, at least they don't fake it - they're rude and aren't afraid to show it.
Don't bother to call customer relations, they won't help.
