General Comments

I ordered a nice simple tumble drier through the Additions Direct website, expecting delivery as stated within 2 weeks. The confirmation stated 3 weeks and 6 weeks later the item had been listed on my Internet account as returned to supplier. Being able to easily get hold of someone to talk to didn't help much as I was told different things by different staff members each time, each who knew nothing about what was going on and couldn't find out either.

I eventually cancelled the order as they were unable to tell me whether I had paid for the item, if it hadn't it would be returned immediately it was delivered to their warehouse, and I didn't have any idea when it might eventually be delivered.

Nobody knows anything about anything and I have had to manage my order myself throughout the process. Never used them before, never will again.

2/10 for at least being able to get hold of someone who can't help you.
