General Comments

At first I thought the Nokia 9300 mobile phone was good, but the longer I had to live with it, the more I resented buying it. I have started using my old 6310. Even when not using the key pad, the battery life is not half that of my old phone. I spend most conversations, or potential conversations, with the earpiece in my ear, holding the phone in the air trying to wave a friendly, or maybe bored, signal in my direction. I sent the phone back - nothing wrong with it. Then why is the reception so poor? The thing also gets confused, maybe all that waving in the air - I don't know. The service centre's solution after updating the software is to reboot it once a week - are they mad? So, I like being able to synchronise with outlook but, it is more important to be able to make and receive phone calls.
