Simple, Clean, Like tanks mechanically
Most use PX21 batteries which are hard to get. A lot of used ones have had their batteries sitting in them for years, hence the lower ends of the cameras frequently are corroded beyond redemption.
Great platform for M42 screwmount lenses. They are a great buy, if you get one not corroded by battery acid.
