Good Points

Good prices, good customer service.

Can, very occasionally be a bit slower than the fastest of online stores.


General Comments

Benson's is a good business.
They have good prices, sometimes very, very good prices on their items-two very pricey sets were at a great price on this site.
Customer service is generally excellent, with a friendly, knowledgable voice at the end of the phone.
When Network sent out their "Thriller" boxset with a faulty disc, and two number 14 discs earlier this year, Benson's were quick to help out and get the matter resolved.
While not as well known as the other giants in the field, Benson's are up there with them, offering great service and value for money.
