Staff at my local branch are very helpful, so too is my business manager.
ID is usually asked for - making me feel secure in every transaction.
Generally filling of forms, request for loan etc., is quite straightforward.
A bank for the 'professional'.
Internet set up in its early stages is a real pain.
Losing your password was 'suicidal' - although we got there in the end.
Bank charges slightly high.
I have banked with Lloyds, both personally and professionally, over a period of more than 10 years. I have enjoyed the personal touch that I feel my local branch provides, and I feel that my present banking arrangements would take a lot of beating. I have been an Internet banker with Lloyds from the outset, in 2004. I am lucky enough that I am capable of remembering my password setup, and I think that the system is remarkably easy to use, and straight forward enough for my needs. I have many accounts and I like to be able to control my cash-flow from home.
I feel that the service could be improved by allowing immediate cash transfers/transactions/payments between business and personal accounts.
