General Comments

I bought the Siemens CL75 mobile phone mainly for the way it looked. When I received it, I found that the phone was slow and unreliable. I waited for about 2 weeks to see if it got any better but it didn't, in fact it got worse. The alarm, messaging system, and camera all packed up!
In the end I contacted Siemens, but they refused me a refund even though it was faulty. In the end I had to get my dad to fight my case, and they finally refunded my money about a month later.
Although I was originally unhappy with the technical problems with it, I also found the graphics on the phone garish, the camera terrible, the hinge bulky, the battery life too short, the menus over complicated and the ringtones pathetic.
If you are going to buy this phone, buy it with caution, as Seimens customer service is rubbish, much like their phones!!
