Good Points

It's hard to say, but the products do arrive in good condition.


Bad Points

The list is endless, mainly due to Customer Service.


General Comments

I placed an Order on the 4th November 2005 with Savastore, it is now 8th December 2005 and I'm still waiting for the motherboard. The majority of the components came OK, but i was misled for one of them (the sound card), as they stated on their website that they would have 3 in 2-5 days. About a week later I received an E-mail telling me that they do not stock this item anymore.
Then came the motherboard blow. I was sent my motherboard along with the majority of the components on the 24th, and I opened the packaging to find they had sent me the wrong one, so I got onto them straight away by e-mail. It was then shown to me that it was forwarded onto someone else to sort it out for me. Even now I have not heard anything from them. I tried calling and was told I was sent a RMS and was awaiting verification (48 working hours). I was also told that I would have to send the wrong motherboard back before I got the one I requested. I am really not impressed with Savastore, and will not be using them again in future.
