Nice people, very enthusiastic, lovely looking Ford Fiesta 53 plate
Pushy, no spare, non working power outlet within the car.
I purchased my Ford Fiesta December 2004, although being a 53 plate came with a pointless obviously forged or even made up MOT certificate, as when I came to buy the car all the tyres were bald, no spare, and so on & of course no MOT would be passed with these faults, and obviously an MOT certificate is not needed for the first three years after the cars manufacture.
Within a few weeks I came to use the power outlet to charge my phone and found it didn't work, assuming it may have been the charger I didn't pay much attention, a few months after maybe around May I lent the car to friends, whom smoke, and when he came to use the outlet found the outlet also didn't work for him.
Soon after this the car being a three door, to gain access the back you pull the seats forward, I found the passenger seat wouldn't open and for some reason is stuck in a seated position with no access to the back seats in the car, other than going to the other side of the car having the driver jump in and out to let people in. what happens I ask my self when this seat does the same?
Having had the car a year now I have decided to arrange a service, the mechanic has said the car needs a lot of attention the engine is in a bad state.
Obviously with all that is mentioned and still having the car within it's year warranty provided from Car Credit UK, I looked up the number for them in order to contact them about the problems, and I have found that the number is no longer in use. What can I do?
