Good Points

Year end summary compiled as a PDF for download, various money management products support for download (Quicken, Quickbooks, MS Money), a bazillion ways to fine-tune your account management, usage summary by user for each month (very nice and yet simple), easy online payment, quick account info updates when payments are made (no waiting 10 days for your web account to reflect what your balances really are), nice credit increases for responsible customers. No annual fee.

Bad Points

No online email form for customer support relating to the account - even if you are signed into your account. This makes it tough if you are in a place where the usual AT&T calling card doesn't allow 1-800 numbers to be called. Military members in Iraq and Afghanistan should make a note of this. Points/rewards system very stingy - about 1% back.

General Comments

I had always wanted an American Express card since my wife and I do a lot of international travel. The problem with most AE cards is that there are annual fees. We have always believed that we shouldn't have to pay a fee to use a card that collects 3% (or more) from the vendor for processing a transaction for our purchases. Anyway, we selected Blue from American Express because there were no fees and we could use their travel centers if we needed help while in Europe (we saw their travel assistance center in Budapest, Hungary - VERY nice). So we would have access to many of the classic AE fringe benefits that are nice for travelers. We also did not have to worry about paying off the entire balance every month like with some of the AE cards.

Long story short - their online access is great with the exception that you cannot email customer support from within your online account. They force you to call. This is a problem for people serving in the military and who are deployed overseas in places like Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. Other than that one point, their online account access is top notch. Just about anything you need to do (with the exception of transferring funds electronically) can be done online. Our credit limit went from an initial 7k up to 20k. Our only other complaint would be that their rewards points are barely worth it. For all the fuss they make about it you only get about 1% back in online coupons - but they do have some interesting one-of-a-kind types of trips up for bidding sometimes.
