It took 2-3 days to have our website transferred. It took a week to have MS extensions installed. Web-mail went down and it took 1 day+ to get it working again. StreamlineNet's basic package is almost £100 including statistics, extensions and hosting. They don't have telephone support and they take 1 day+ to respond to emails. If your business depends on your website, walk away from this company or you'll regret it.
