General Comments

I placed an order with First4Fotos to get my wedding photos developed and sent to me. I placed the order at the beginning of January without problems and paid via Paypal. I waited a few weeks and had heard nothing.

I contacted their "support" and got no response apart from a canned "We will look into it". Finally, 4 weeks late, my prints turned up and the quality was awful. Colour balances were wrong, and it just looked terrible. Taking the trouble, I had I ask for a refund and they just said no.

I really can't recommend them at all.
