Good Points

Prompt Delivery of my mobile phone


Bad Points

Still no sign of my free accessories after 10 months, and numerous emails and phone calls.
Very poor after sales customer service.


General Comments

All in all I regret ever using The Mobs to provide my mobile phone, as their promise of free accessories doesn't happen, as after 10 months and numerous phone calls and emails I am still no closer to receiving them. They no longer seem interested in you after you have received the handset.
