General Comments
I have a current account and credit card with the Co operative bank and I have been thoroughly satisfied with both. The credit card APR is just 8.9% (far lower than any competitors). The current account is easily accessible (telephone/branch/internet/post/post office), and you get statements regularly.
I like the ethical policy which means my money stays clean, and is being invested on the basis of sound principles.
