General Comments

I have used Go Travel Insurance a few times now and although I have been fortunate enough not to make a claim the service I received means I will go back to them for all my future travel insurance needs.
The staff are freindly and helpful and the service is quick and efficient.
I definitely recommend them.

    What's the point of writing a review of a product you've never used? If I didn't know any better, I'd think this review was written by someone at the insurance company. It's all very well buying a product - of course they'll be nice to you - what we really want to know is what happens when you make a claim!

    I suspect the recent reviews are from members of staff working for GoTravelInsurance. You can never get anything when you do need to make a claim. The insurance seems cheap, but you are not covered at all.

    It is unfortunate you have had a bad experience with Go Travel, but I assure you I do not work for them! And infact since my first review I have had to make a claim as my flight from Amsterdam was cancelled and it was settled within 3 days of sending my form off. From MY personal experiences I still highly recommend them.

    Good..but its when you have to make a claim that you'll see whether any insurer is worth a 10 out of 10. Things can often be rather different...

    I disagree with this review as a policy review without the need to claim is completely useless. I have found this company to be the worst in my opinion of any companies I have previously used and have found it is almost impossible to make a claim. Lets hope this person will not need to claim in the future as I from my experience guess it will be fruitless.
