Good Points

Looks nice
Good camera/picture quality
Stores lots of messages


Bad Points

Freezes, Switches itself on/off, Buttons stop working, Screen goes funny colours after a while, and eventually completely blank, and the Camera stops working.


General Comments

I've had the Samsung E800 since February, and for the first month it worked fine, but then I started to get funny lines across the screen and the colours were very distorted. I got the phone replaced and it worked fine until just last week. The camera stopped working, and the screen went really funny colours. I then got lines across the screen, so I was unable to read texts etc., and all media messages got deleted?! The screen would turn itself upside down, back-to-front, or whatever else it wanted to do! The screen has now gone completely blank and won't even turn on properly. I don't want to get the phone replaced again because it means losing my hundreds of photos!! I won't be buying a Samsung phone again!!
