General Comments

As a new user of AOL Broadband, I have found trying to sign up for email impossible. Each time I fill in the form it is rejected. When I was on dial-up I had no problems, but since changing I have been unable to access the page. I have tried using my dial-up address and password, but when it is rejected it doesn't specify which bit is wrong. I've tried using a different password, then a different address. I have tried every combination, but it is always rejected. What am I doing wrong? Even the help button is of no help. How do I get my e mail??
