Good Points

When it works it isn't bad, but I am finding that to be the exception not the rule.


Bad Points

Where do I start? It and it's accessories were the biggest waste of $600 I have ever spent.


General Comments

I sent my first Apple iPod back twice. Finally, the 2nd time they realized that their product was in fact defective and sent me iPod #2.
iPod #2 - After three attempts at transferring songs from iTunes, it finally seemed to be working. Wrong! It transferred 4 songs out of 6500.
Numerous calls to Apple did nothing. Once again it was my PC's problem not the unit's. I then had a friend who also owns an iPod try it on his PC. Same results.
Still awaiting the return box.
