General Comments

I've ordered twice from La Redoute: the first time I ordered online and the delivery took 5 weeks although all the goods ordered appeared on the website as available for shipping within 24 hours... the second order I placed in September this year and I still haven't received anything: they sent the parcel to the wrong address and someone signed for it. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen, 2 1/2 months, 7 e-mails, 2 calls and 1 letter afterwards I haven't been refunded, I have no idea what is going to happen and it is becoming ridiculous. I will NEVER order from them again and wouldn't advise anyone to!

    I ordered 1 item from their website on 1st January and paid for it by card and got an e-mail acknowledgement .I e-mailed asking where it was and followed that up with a phone call to be told my application had been rejected .i explained I did not want Credit and had paid for it .She said there was no trace of the order or payment so I ordered on-line again and got another acknowledgment .I then got an e-mail saying my application had been rejected .A further phone call to some muppet who was most unhelpful resulted in me speaking to a young guy who said the company was credit based but took the order as a cash sale using my card although he asked how many years I had lived at my address. He said it was for credit scoring although I again said I did NOT want credit ....
    I've sent a stinking letter to them as their website says you CAN pay by card ...Worst company on Internet ,and I have ordered from loads ...
