As a customer of Lloyd's TSB for 23 years, and a user of the internet service for 5 years, I can say that it is excellent, apart from when it has to go off-line.
I do however absolutely detest the phone banking service - I would never recommend anyone uses that if they are a Lloyd's customer - obstructive, unpleasant and unhelpful.
