General Comments

I booked with Kuoni to get married in Las Vegas,upon arrival in Vegas our transport vouchers were for the wrong terminal so we had to walk 1 mile in 120 degrees. Then we found out that our wedding chapel had been closed for 2 months and we were getting married in a different one,the concierge at Caesars palace informed us of this not Kuoni!!
Then on our wedding day we were taken to the court house when we found out that we had to pay again for the marriage licence because Kuoni forgot. When we returned we wrote to them but never even received an appology.
