General Comments
17 Sheer Cool Foundation evens out skin tones, comes in several shades and does do partially what it claims to do. However, it is liquid and so is difficult to apply neatly - if you're not careful you'll end up with streaks. It doesn't last long either, but dont be put off buying it - a reasonable foundation at a reasonable price with all the little problems most foundations have.
