General Comments

My Honda HRV 1.6i 4WD is at 20.000km, but there is a problem as the car cannot climb roads with more than a 20% ascent. Honda in Turkey reported to me that it is usual and normal. If anyone else has any experience of this, could you please let me know?

    Hi, just wanted to mention, have recently been to Cumbria on holiday, where my HRV quite happily went up Wrynose Pass, a twisty climbing route with inclines of upto 30 degrees.

    Hi. Just to let you know my 5-door HRV has auto (CVT) transmission, and still negotiated 1 in 3 (30%) slopes, with 4 people plus luggage IN DEEP SNOW! I suggest you have a serious problem with your car, as ALL cars built should pull up a 20% slope. Take it back to your dealer, or write directly to Honda if you get no satisfaction. They will want to know, as they are that sort of company. I have owned 20+ Honda's over 30+ years, and they make the best cars for the money in the world with superb engineering.
