Good Points

Attractive, easy to use, clear screen, fast camera downloads and an easy to use menu. 2 photo quality settings, slideshow.


Bad Points

Although improved lately you can only manage files when connected to your PC with Sony's Sonic Stage Software. This is not user friendly software.


General Comments

Sony Vaio Pocket VGF-AP1 is a great product with a clear easy to use menu, good quality screen. However when transferring music the software converts to Attrac or OMG files so you cannot easily manage your files when plugged into a PC. The photo download function is easy and quick, but the camera (& charger) plugs into the cradle and not the unit which means if you are travelling its another item to carry. Personal opion, with the exception of camera capability the iRiver just takes pips this product to the post. Sony sort yourselves out so your products will work on Windows. This product could have been perfect.
