Lack of contact or proper support, seem to ignore questions they cannot answer.
General Comments
I brought a domain and hosting with Streamline Net , everything was great, until I actually wanted to start setting up my online store, I was happy to setup the online store myself, but I needed them to deal with the security side for me. I asked them 2 simple questions about a Thawte security certificate and each time they came back after a day or so and then the answer was generally 'Unfortunately this isn't something we can provide.' or 'We do not understand your request, can you explain more' and always their answers are Anonymous. Avoid if you want more than a standard html site
