Constant problems and poor support.


General Comments

I recently purchased a U2 Apple iPod. Since buying it I have had nothing but problems. The iPod keeps freezing; instructions given by the manufacturer are poor; instructions given over the phone have not sorted my problem out, and you are only allowed one phone call within 90 days of purchase, unless you pay a further £39. Very poor standard of customer care which is worth considering prior to purchase. Try SONY maybe! I feel a fool for parting with over £200 for a piece of unreliable equipment.
