Good Points

Signal, customer service 24/7, good deals to new and existing customers, choice of free phones on talk120 .. even more free phones to choose from on 200 and above.


Bad Points

Only had two bad experiences with Orange:
1. I just got some completely useless guy in store.
2. In-store workers dont know as mush as the CS line. Cs were saying 1 thing, in store another, and in store would not accept they were wrong.


General Comments

I was with Orange for a year. Nothing was wrong. Just T-mob had a better offer. So I left, but I couldn't use my good offer as I had no signal! So I went back with Orange and I've been with them for about 2 or 3 years since.

SIGNAL! :-D

I've just changed my plan. I'm not as much of a talker than I used to be, 120 min is all I need. and 1000 FREE texts (worth £100)! What more do I need?!

I think my good point and bad points sum Orange up for me.

    Well nothing has been sorted after calls and letters. So whatever i gave it before is now about 3/10 (mainly for signal)!

    I got what i wanted. Student plan, refund, etc. Everythings fine and dandy now.
