Cheap to run and easy to maintain. Parts are usually pretty cheap too. Corners like a sailing boat, rolls but never skids. Unlikely to get stolen!
Some minor water leaks. Takes a while to warm up on a cold day. It's cramped in the back, but hey, do they want a lift or not?
I love my little Citroen AX. It was an excellent buy, and it has given me 14k miles of trouble-free motoring.
It is nippy enough with only the driver, although a bit sluggish with 5 on board, but not too bad for under 1 litre.
The boot is nice and big for a small car. I am in a band and have often fitted a guitar amp, guitars, and several drums in there!
I have found a few water leaks though. One through the aerial via the internal light, and one inside the door panel. On wet mornings my seat-belt is often damp.
Overall, an excellent city/commuter car.
