Enterically coated pro-biotic - means they work where they should!

General Comments
The makers of Multibionta suggest you try these for 3 months to notice a difference.
I was a little sceptical at first, but after my dietitian recommended a pro-biotic for my IBS, I tried these as I didn't like the yoghurt's/drinks. They have been really good! I have less digestive problems, and have caught less colds than any other year, so the claims of boosting the immune system could be true!
I think there is nothing to lose by trying them, but they are slightly more expensive than a normal multi-vitamin, so if the pro-biotic isn't an issue for you, it may not be worth the extra expense.
