Good Points

Nice seats, plenty of legroom
Free travel date change
Good food


Bad Points

Vienna airport is not too good -- has mosquito's and smells of cigarette smoke -- it's not the airline's fault though.


General Comments

I flew BKK - VIE - TGD - VIE - BKK this summer with Austrian Airlines. It was overall the best flight I have ever taken (and I do fly a lot). The aircraft were new (B767/some regional liner). The crew was well presented and extremely polite, really going out of their way to keep the passengers comfortable. Quality was consistently good in all 4 segments, and they all arrived. Moreover, they upgraded me to business on the return leg, and agreed to change my ticket date for free. I flew on the cheapest fare between the two cities (which ended up not too cheap due to limited connections in TGD)!. Food was excellent, both in Economy and Business. Way to go, Austrian!
