Beautiful 18.1 inch LCD Monitor Great 4.1 Sound System
Bad Points
-Horrible customer serivce -CD-RW doesn't burn CD-Rs, only burns CD-RWs... still working with tech support to fix that problem. -Billing issues... i.e. charging for things which weren't ordered. -Have yet to receive my firewire things which have been ordered and canceled (mysteriously) three different times.
General Comments
Stay away from Dell, not reliable.
