Bad Points

It takes 40 minutes to get through to the returns desk on a bad day.


General Comments

I bought a Hyundai LCD TV from Novatech Direct which they had back within 5 days for a fault they claim they cannot find. I was told to refer it to the manufacturer as they didn't believe there was a fault. The manufacturer is in Germany and has no UK support, and frankly neither does Novatech. Now I have a TV that has a tantrum at start up for several minutes before settling down, and a supplier who doesn't care.
