Good Points

When it was working, made excellent Espresso and Cappuccino.


Bad Points

This machine worked great for three or four months, then the motor froze. After repairs, it did not function perfectly but was adequate. Afer one year and two months it is leaking, the steaming wand is not working properly and I am ready to send it back to be repaired again. I definitely would not buy this product again and cannot recommend it.


General Comments

The Gaggia 74877 Syncrony compact digital coffee maker made excellent Espresso for the first three months, then malfunctioned and even after repairs has not worked properly most notably slow coffee dispensing. I am sending it back for more repairs but would not recommend this product.
