Good Points

Card has an unusual shape, that is rather nice


Bad Points

Difficult to get through an operator,
also with their 0870 numbers at 8p per minute, it can become quite expensive if you are on the phone for 20 or 30 minutes,


General Comments

The 8p per minute should be reviewed, I believe BT gets 2 or 3p , and Mint pockets the difference,
A customer service call, should be free or at least 2p per call, specially if you have to deal with answer machines that keep you waiting for long periods !

Also operators should be a bit more courteous,not with the don't care attitude....
