General Comments
I make no apologies for the fact that Merry Christmas Everybody by Slade is the definitive Christmas song in my eyes. I love Noddy Holder and Slade and when from the very first scream this song has me reaching for the air guitar.
When we go Christmas Shopping the only thing that makes it bearable is this track, which thankfully pops up in every shop we tend to go on. Christmas songs these days are useless, boring pap and often don't even have a proper Christmas theme. I hope Noddy and the fellas re-release this one and stick it to the likes of Robbie Williams, Girls Aloud and all the rest of the money grabbers!!!
