Appalling Customer Service


General Comments

In the interests of balance and fairness I must make an addendum to my earlier review. Having failed with e-mail, I tried to fax Streamline but found the number provided on the website was not connected to a (at least functioning) fax machine. In desperation I decided to try the phone again, thinking that I would press '1' for 'Sales', reasoning there must be a person on the end of it (if there was a person anywhere). To my surprise, halfway through the initial recorded message, a person picked up the phone! This person, unfortunately I forgot to ask his name, was extremely helpful and efficient and my problem was sorted out in seconds. The information I needed was e-mailed, as promised within minutes.
So to anyone having problems obtaining support from Streamline, I would advise you not to believe the recorded message about there being no phone support, and simply persevere with the phone!
I have increased my rating figures as a result of this successful conclusion to my experience. However I still would not recommend Streamline to a friend since, after all, I only succeeded by bucking the system - so to speak - and that's not really what I call "Customer Service".
