Good Points

Friendly and easy to talk to.
Fix your computer within 48 hours 90% of the time.
Give free advice and help without charging or making you feel like you don't know anything.

Bad Points

Only been running for 1 year, so they would need to run a bit longer to be 100% certain of the warranty of products.

General Comments

Question: I wanted to know if Nexus Computers would help me if I purchased a product from elsewhere.

Answer: To my surprise I did this, and they helped me to the point beyond which I expected.

Question: I wanted to know if they would give me true advice on products they had listed, as I knew I found the same product listed cheaper at Argos.

Answer: When I asked them about this they were honest, and told me that Argos often have special offers at cost price to attract customers. They even advised me to purchase it from there while the offer was so low.

Question: I wanted to know if they would advise me on other products I wished to purchase without trying to sell me more than I needed.

Answer: I was surprised to find they sold me the very basic model for my father at a very good price, knowing he would only need it for internet use. Every other shop I went to tried to sell me the high spec machines knowing full well he wouldn't use all these features.

Conclusion:

This shop is the only computer shop I have found so far to actually want to help people rather than just make money out of them. I wish all the big companies would use the same philosophy.
