As a frequent traveller, I have flown with many of the worlds major airlines. I found my travel experience with Air New Zealand to be one of the best which I can recall. I was greeted at the main cabin door, by the friendly cabin supervisor, who spoke to me using my first name. There were free drinks during the flight, and the meal sizes in business class were excellent. However there were a few things that were not pleasant. during the pre flight safety demo, one of the flight attendants tripped and broke her nose, and had to be escorted from the aircraft. Then, the cabin crew experienced difficulty arming one of the aircrafts emergency escape doors during the flight there was an unpleasant smell, emanating from the rear of the aircraft.
