Good Points

Absolutely none!


Bad Points

Airline crew and ground staff were extremely unhelpful and rude when our flight to Gran Canaria via Madrid was delayed. We had to be put up in a hotel getting 3 hours sleep, with no offer of a drink or food. We stood on the sidewalk outside the terminal for the bus to take us to the hotel from 1:05am to 2:20am. We were treated so badly. Totally unprofessional and discourteous service. Will defiinitely never travel with them again and would recommend anyone reading this to avoid Iberian Airlines like the plague!


General Comments

Never fly with Iberian Airlines. In all my extensive travel, simply the worst in terms of service and attitude of staff.
