Good Points

The spa has its own mineral water and the most amazing hydrotherapy capsule. They have a floatation bath which uses the water and Dead Sea Salts. The spa has an Edwardian theme and you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are very friendly and caring and each treatment feels like it has been created just for you.


Bad Points

I just wish the spa was closer to my home.


General Comments

From start to finish I had the most amazing experience at Aqua Sante Spa. The treatment menu was extensive enough for me to choose a treatment I thought I would really enjoy. The staff who answered the phone were friendly and informative and even recommended a treatment that would complement the one I had chosen. When I arrived I was made to feel really welcome. The spa was bright and airy and clean and once I had checked in I was guided to the ladies changing room where a fluffy robe and slippers were waiting for me. I waited in the lounge prior to my treatment and was able to take in the beautiful views of the woodland. My therapist collected me promptly and introduced herself with a smile and whisked me off to begin my morning of blissful relaxation. My therapist spent some time asking me questions so that she could customise my treatment before it began and explained what to expect. The treatment was amazing, the pressure of my massage was perfect and my therapist was aware of my comfort in every way. At the end of my treatment the therapist sat me up and offered me some water and talked to me about how I could best take care of myself at home. After my treatment I was taken into a beautiful Tranquility Room where I relaxed back and enjoyed the after effects of my treatment. I was quite hungry and delighted to find out that I could enjoy a delicious Ceasor Salad in the lounge without even having to get dressed, so while sat in my robe I kicked back and stayed a while longer sipping on my smoothie and reading the latest copy of Cosmopolitan. When I checked out the staff were equally friendly and efficient and I could not resist buying a few of the products that had been recommended to me to continue all the benefits of my treatment at home - best spa experience so far!
